Is the free version really free?
Yes. WPiko AI Chatbot is free on WordPress.org, with no time limit. You only pay OpenAI for the messages your chatbot answers. Upgrade to Pro when you want website scanning, WooCommerce, live chat, lead capture or analytics.
What does a lifetime license mean?
You pay once and your Pro license never expires. You get every update for as long as Pro is developed, on the number of websites your plan covers.
What happens after the 12 months of support?
Pro keeps working and keeps getting updates. If you still want direct help, you can extend support for 12 months for $29. Bug reports are always welcome, even after your support period ends.
How does the free trial work?
Click Claim Free Trial above and enter your name and email. We send you a verification link, and once you click it you get a trial license key that unlocks every Pro feature for 14 days. No credit card needed.
Can I move my license or add more websites later?
Yes. To move your license, revoke the old website in My Account → License Keys and activate the license on the new one. For more websites, click Upgrade on the same page. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one, and your 12 months of direct support start again.
Do I need an OpenAI subscription?
No subscription is needed. You need an OpenAI Platform account with some prepaid credit, and you pay per use, usually a few dollars a month for a small site. ChatGPT Plus is billed separately and does not include API usage.
Which OpenAI models can I use?
You can choose from OpenAI’s latest models, including GPT-6.1, GPT-6, GPT-5.6, GPT-5.4, GPT-5.2 and GPT-4.1, so you can balance answer quality, speed and cost.
What if I am not happy with Pro?
Ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Third-party payment fees are usually non-refundable and may be deducted.
