Email capture allows you to:

    Requirements

  • Premium license required
  • Admin access to WordPress dashboard
  • Enabling Email Capture

    • Go to your WordPress admin panel
    • Navigate to AI Chatbot → Chatbot Menu
    • Find the “Enable Email Capture” setting
    • Toggle the switch to enable/disable the feature
    • Click “Save Chatbot Menu Settings”

    How It Works

    When email capture is enabled:

    • For New Users
    • – A prompt appears before starting the chat
      – Users must enter their:
      – Name
      – Email address
      – Chat begins after details are provided

      • For Returning Users
      • – Previously entered details are remembered
        – No need to re-enter information
        – Option to change email available in chat menu

          – No need to enter information
