The transcript download feature lets your users:

    Quick Setup

    • Go to your WordPress admin panel
    • Navigate to AI Chatbot → Chatbot Menu
    • Find “Enable Transcript Download”
    • Toggle the switch to enable/disable
    • Click “Save Chatbot Menu Settings”

    How It Works

    When transcript download is enabled:

    • – A “Download Transcript” option appears in the chat menu
      – Users can download at any point during the conversation
      – Downloads include the full chat history up to that point
