Overview

WPiko Chatbot Pro requires license activation to unlock premium features. This guide explains how to activate, manage, and troubleshoot your license.

License Types

Regular License

  • Valid for a specified period
  • Requires renewal upon expiration
  • Includes all updates during the license period
  • Lifetime License

  • One-time purchase
  • Never expires
  • Includes all future updates
  • Activating Your License

    Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your WordPress dashboard
  • WPiko Chatbot Pro plugin installed and activated
  • A valid license key from wpiko.com
  • Activation Steps

  • Navigate to WPiko Chatbot > License Activation in your WordPress dashboard
  • Enter your license key in the provided field
  • Click “Activate License”
  • Upon successful activation, you’ll receive a confirmation message
  • License Status

    Checking License Status

  • Active: License is valid and all features are enabled
  • Expired: License has expired and needs renewal
  • Inactive: License is not activated or has been deactivated
  • Manual Status Check

  • Go to the License Activation section
  • Click “Check License Status”
  • The current status will be displayed
  • License Management

    Viewing License Details

  • Expiration date (for regular licenses)
  • License type (regular/lifetime)
  • Domain registration status
  • Deactivating Your License

  • Navigate to the License Activation section
  • Click “Deactivate License”
  • Confirm the deactivation
  • The license can be reactivated on another domain

    Expiration Notices

  • You’ll receive notifications before your license expires
  • An admin notice will appear in your WordPress dashboard
  • Email notifications will be sent to the admin email
  • After Expiration

  • Premium features will be disabled
  • Chatbot will continue to work with limited functionality
  • License can be renewed to restore full functionality

  • A valid license key from wpiko.com
  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to your purchases
  • Select the license to renew
  • Complete the renewal process
  • Your existing installation will automatically recognize the renewal
