Overview

Every text your visitors see in the chatbot can be changed, so you can match your brand voice or run the chatbot entirely in your own language. This page lists where each text lives.

The AI’s Language

The chatbot replies in the language the visitor writes in. This is part of the default instructions, and your knowledge files can be in any language. To always answer in one language, add a rule to AI Configuration → Advanced Instructions → Specific System Instructions, for example “Always reply in Greek.”

  • Plugin labels in the WordPress admin can be translated with the wpiko-chatbot and wpiko-chatbot-pro text domains, for example with Loco Translate.
  • The texts in the table above are settings, not translation strings, so you set them directly in each screen.
  • On the Conversations page, admins can download any conversation translated into one of 30 languages.
