WooCommerce Integration
Overview
The WooCommerce Integration in WPiko Chatbot Pro lets your chatbot recommend products, show them as product cards, and answer order questions. Products are synced to the chatbot’s knowledge base. Orders are looked up live in WooCommerce and are never uploaded.
Features
Products
- Sync your product catalog to the chatbot’s knowledge base
- Choose which product fields are included
- Manual sync, scheduled auto-sync, or WP-CLI for large catalogs
- Product recommendations that handle variations, prices and stock carefully
- Product cards with image, title, description and price
Orders
- Order Assistance looks orders up directly in WooCommerce when a customer asks
- Signed-in customers can receive the order details you allow
- Guests get basic status only, after giving the order number and checkout email
- Lookups are rate-limited to prevent guessing
The AI instructions for products and orders are managed automatically by the plugin, so there’s nothing to write yourself.
