The Custom Q&A Management feature allows you to manually create and manage question-answer pairs for your AI Assistant. This premium feature provides fine-grained control over your chatbot’s knowledge base.

Prerequisites

  • Active Premium License
  • Valid Assistant ID configuration

Using Q&A Management

Accessing Q&A Builder

  • Navigate to AI Configuration in your WordPress admin panel
  • Click the “Q&A Builder” button in the “Train Assistant” section
  • The Q&A Management modal will open

Managing Q&A Pairs

Adding New Q&A Pairs

  • Click the “Add New Q&A” button
  • Enter your question in the question field
  • Provide a detailed answer in the answer field
  • Click “Save All Q&A” to store your changes
  • Editing Q&A Pairs

  • Click on any existing Q&A pair to expand it
  • Modify the question or answer text
  • Click “Save All Q&A” to update changes
  • Deleting Q&A Pairs

  • Individual deletion: Click the “×” button next to any Q&A pair
  • Bulk deletion: Use the “Delete All Q&A” button to remove all pairs
  • Q&A Limitations

    • Maximum of 30 Q&A pairs allowed
    • Questions and answers must not be empty
    • Duplicate questions should be avoided

    File Management

    Downloading Q&A Data

  • Click the “Download Q&A File” button
  • A text file containing all Q&A pairs will be downloaded
  • Use this feature for backup or review purposes

  • View all Q&A files uploaded to the Assistant API
